เกิดเรื่องราวของนางเอกสาวคยองอูยอน (เคยชินเยอึน) ที่มีนิสัยมองโลกในด้านดี แล้วก็ถูกแกล้งจากสหายๆเสมอ ทำให้อีซู (องซองอู)จำต้องรอมาช่วยคุณไว้ตลอด รวมทั้งแปลงเป็นว่าคุณหลงเสน่ห์ชายหนุ่มหล่อน่าใสคนนี้ ยิ่งเขามาประพฤติดีด้วยมากแค่ไหน ก็เปลี่ยนเป็นคุณคิดเข้าตนเองมากยิ่งขึ้นแค่นั้น กระทั่งท้ายที่สุดคืนวันหนึ่งเขานัดหมายคุณให้มาเจอคุณมีความรู้สึกว่าเขาจะยอมรับรักกลายเป็นว่าได้ว่า จะไปศึกษาต่อที่อเมริกาคุณก็เลยตกลงใจไปพบอีซูที่ท่าอากาศยานแล้วก็ได้ยอมรับรักต่อหน้าต่อตาเขาเมื่อได้เจอะกัน แต่ถูกอีซูไม่ยอมรับความเกี่ยวข้องนี้ เพียงแค่เขาพูดว่า “ต้องการเป็นเพื่อนกับคุณตลอดกาล” และก็ได้ร่ำลากันที่ตรงนั้น ถึงแม้วันเวลาจะผ่านไปนานเพียงใด คุณไม่เคยลืมเขาได้เลย จนถึงเจอกันอีกที

ซีรีส์เรื่องนี้เป็นซีรีส์แนวเฟรนโซนอย่างแท้จริงเพราะพระเอกย้ำว่าเป็นได้แค่เพื่อนและอยากจะเป็นเพื่อนตลอดไปแต่นางเอกไม่ได้คิดกับเขาแค่เพื่อนจนเกิดความอึดอัดใจของตัวละครทั้งสองตัวในส่วนของการดำเนินเรื่องต้องบอกว่ามีการดำเนินเรื่องที่กระชับไวเนื้อเรื่องเล่าย้อนไปถึงสมัยตอนที่ยังเป็นนักเรียนมัธยมปลายและเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ทำให้เจอกับพระเอกแต่เล่าได้กระชับเข้าใจง่ายมากๆซึ่งจุดนี้เองทำให้เนื้อเรื่องไม่น่าเบื่อจนเกินไป

เรื่องราวดำเนินได้เร็ว การเล่าย้อนไปยังยุควัยศึกษาก็เล่าได้แบบกระชับเข้าใจง่าย ถูกใจการเปิดเผยความรู้สึกของนางเอกมากมายๆแต่ว่าถูกไม่ยอมรับกลับมา ปลายฟ้ามีความรู้สึกว่าผู้แสดงทำพวกเราลำบากใจไปด้วย ส่วนในด้านของดารานำชายนั้นก็คิดเผื่อล่วงหน้ามิได้เลย ทายใจจิตใจเขาผิดจริงๆว่าตามที่เป็นจริงแล้วที่เขาไม่ยอมรับนางเอกนั้นเพราะว่าเรื่องอะไร เรื่องราวดำเนินไปได้ไม่มีเบื่อ สถานที่แล้วก็ภาพงามมากมายๆ

ซีรีส์ประเด็นนี้เป็นซีรีส์ที่พรีเซ็นท์มุมมองของเพื่อนฝูงหวานใจกันซึ่งเป็นมุมมองการแอบรักเพื่อนพ้องฝ่ายเดียวของนางเอกเป็นรักป้อมอาจจะแล้วก็ยืนยาวมากยิ่งกว่า10ปี เรื่องราวจะให้บรรยากาศที่เบาๆเล่าไปแบบเรื่อยโมเมนต์ของทั้งสองที่บอกกล่าวเป็นซีนๆซึ่งก็ทำให้เรื่องราวน่าดึงดูดและก็น่าติดตามของทั้งสอง นับว่าเป็นซีรีส์รักคนวัยมันส์หวานๆที่ห้ามพลาด
